This drawing was a reaction towards western pragmatism. Who better models than the Nazi Party. The Germans contributed incredible work ethic, science, and engineering during WWII. Notice that the American soldier with the 'bucket' Nazi helmet design.
Our pragmaticism is fault why the U.S has such a poor culture/arts/music. Always cutting corners, always trying to figure out a profit.
